About Discount Direct:
Discount Direct is a new discount retail store near Southcenter Mall in Tukwila. They’ve been in business for about a year now and are continuing to grow rapidly. They began selling household items at factory prices, but have recently expanded into the discount furniture business as well. They sell furniture that can be found in large stores like Crate and Barrel and Macy’s, but are able to sell them at better prices by buying directly from the source.
Their prices are anywhere from a third to half that of larger retailers like department stores or “big box stores”. They sell everything from couches to designer jeans to glassware. Project lead, Jacob Barber, recognized the need for a website that displays their products online as part of their growth as a business.

Rather than having a simple business card-like website that just gives information about the store and its location, they need a website that shows potential customers the wide range of products they carry.
