1165 Eastlake - Alexandria Real Estate Website Design & Development Project

Alexandria Real Estate is a Real Estate Investment Trust Company. Founded in 1994, they have created a significant market presence in key locations including Greater Boston, San Francisco, New York City, San Diego, Seattle, Maryland and Research Triangle Park. They focus on collaborative science and technology campuses in AAA innovation cluster locations.

The Website Design & Development Process

Our team worked with Alexandria Real Estate in creating a fully responsive property website for 1165 Eastlake, a new office space building coming to Seattle in 2020. This website was built through the Fusion CMS platform with the main focus being on informing users of the many marketable qualities of the property through the use of property photos, specs and one-click downloadable PDF brochures.

We designed the website to provide users with easy access to contact the property management for inquiries by adding in a Contact CTA to the bottom of all pages. We also focused on integrating the urban and modern feel of Alexandria Real Estates properties by using white space, simple fonts and neutral colors to keep pages clean.
