Position Summary
efelle creative is looking for an Account Coordinator to help manage client communication, project follow-through, and day-to-day coordination across website design, development, and digital marketing accounts.
This is a client-facing coordination role. You’ll work closely with account managers, project managers, designers, developers, digital strategists, and business development team members to keep projects moving, clients informed, and internal teams aligned.
You’ll help prepare meeting agendas, document next steps, follow up on deadlines, organize client requests, support work orders, and make sure the details don’t fall through the cracks. You’ll also support post-launch client relationships, including website updates, managed digital marketing work, reporting, and opportunities to improve client results over time.
The right person for this role is organized, proactive, calm under pressure, and comfortable communicating with both clients and internal teams. You don’t need to be a developer or a strategist, but you do need to understand how websites and digital marketing projects move from idea to execution.
Who You Are
You’re a strong communicator who knows how to keep people, projects, and details organized.
You can manage multiple deadlines, shift priorities when needed, and keep momentum without waiting to be asked. You’re comfortable following up with clients, checking in with team members, and making sure next steps are clear.
You write clear emails. You take useful notes. You know how to ask good questions. You can translate technical updates into plain language for clients with different levels of technical experience.
You’re also comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment where priorities can change, details matter, and client communication needs to stay professional, calm, and helpful.
