When Dr. Sherman opened his practice 25 years ago, he made a decision to be different in many ways than the typical dentist. The most important decision made was he promised never to lecture a patient or make them feel bad about prior habits or the condition of their teeth. First Impressions dedication to patient satisfaction, keeping fees affordable, and quality care contributed to the office being awarded the "Best of Issaquah: Best Dentist Award Winner" in both 2013 and 2014. With service offerings including orthodontics, oral surgery, root canals, implants, and periodontics, First Impressions Dental Care is a one-stop dentistry office.

First Impressions Dental Care came to efelle looking for an updated website that showcased their extensive services and highlighted the many reasons they were named "Best Dentist Award" in Issaquah two years in a row. The team was also looking for a creative and interactive design that shyed away from the standard dental practice website. We designed and developed First Impressions Dental Care as a responsive, modern website that created an improved user experience to drives potential customers to take action and make contact. Built upon efelle’s own content management system, FusionCMS, this allows them the flexibility to edit and update their services, staff profiles, as well as blog and positive testimonials from happy customers.
