The team at Marathon Development are experts when it comes to all things senior housing; their specialty is consulting, though they also do construction and development work in this area.
Unfortunately, the website they were working with when they first approached us was lackluster. Out of date and not fun to navigate, the Marathon team was finding it hard to generate new business using their existing web assets—instead, they were depending a little too heavily on word-of-mouth referrals to grow their portfolio.
Project Objectives
Our team was tasked with designing a modern-feeling website with clean lines, simple navigation, and great user flow. Marathon wanted an increase in leads from their website, so making calls to action sing across each page was a must. They also wanted to make sure the website was easy to update.
Design and Development Work
Our team designed and developed a theme that has crisp lines and fun, branded iconography. Along with a high-contrast color story and a subtly animated main navigation menu (with drop-down options to simplify navigation), the finished product has that contemporary vibe the client wanted, all while remaining quick and easy to explore.
Built on the highly customizable FusionCMS, the website is mobile responsive and optimized for search engines. In addition to the stunning homepage, we designed and developed highly navigable spaces for the client to show off their service offerings and portfolio items. We also created an about page template, staff profile pages, custom contact forms, and a blog space.
