efelle is pleased to announce American Classic Homes as our newest client! American Classic Homes is a home building company that builds custom and spec homes throughout King County. Their offices are in Mercer Island, Washington.
About American Classic Homes:
Robert Gladstein is the efelle project lead and one of the three American Classic Homes partners. American Classic Homes builds about 70 custom homes a year throughout the greater Seattle area, including Sammamish, Newcastle, Issaquah, Renton and Bellevue.
American Classic Homes are unique in that they feature the most careful craftsmanship and details, from rich millwork to gourmet kitchens and the highest quality building materials. Each home can be customized to meet your needs and desired home features. They build custom homes throughout the King County area. Each and every one of their homes offers an excellent school district and a unique set of attractions.
Robert and his partners pride themselves on their excellent, personal customer service and commitment to providing homes that their customers will love for years to come. American Classic Homes would like to redesign their website to give it a more modern aesthetic that appeals to their customer base. They would also like to be able to better showcase their homebuilding work, spec homes, and locations.
What American Classic Homes needs in a business website:
For American Classic Homes, we are creating a brand new property management website design based on market research of other homebuilders and of their target demographic. The design will be modern, accessible, elegant, and robust in features for finding properties. We are then developing the site design for use with our PropertyFusion product, which was designed specifically for property management, homebuilders, and real estate companies. It gives the manager or realtor the ability to post listings, floor plans, pictures, and control their status (sold, auction, etc.). The property manager has the ability to update all of this information from their end without having to go through a web development team to make changes.
