New Seattle eCommerce Website Project for Nurturing Pathways® Goes Live!
Website Redesign Launch for Seattle-based Children’s Learning & Dance Company
Nurturing Pathways® was founded in 2001 by Christine Roberts who combined her passion for dance with brain development and early childhood. After years of teaching dance and performing professionally, Christine wanted to turn her attention to the formative years that constitute a prime time for learning; infant up to school aged.
Initially founded to address the needs of infants in care giving environments the company expanded when the program was discovered by Pigeon Hearts in Tokyo, Japan. Their interest in Nurturing Pathways® led to developing the Certification Program launched in 2004. Training and certification by the founder occurs annually in Seattle, WA and continues to build a national and international group of instructors who teach the program at dance studios, community centers, health clubs, urban play spaces, day-cares, early intervention and parent education programs.
Nurturing Pathways’ web design & development needs
Nurturing Pathways® was looking to enhance their online presence and increase sales through their new ecommerce website. For this project, they needed a website redesign that showcased their unique services, classes and products, which would allow their site visitors to easily access the different areas of the site. We designed a fun and vibrant site that is as easy-to-navigate as it is interesting, with an exciting and playful look and feel that they love!
Their new website incorporates design best practices and portrays their brand to effectively market their classes, products and certification courses through the web. It is managed through our eCommerce content management system (FusionCMS), which enables them to control and manage their website content with ease. FusionCMS comes complete with modules for site content, service listings, location listings, staff profiles, blogs, testimonials, ecommerce products and shopping and much more. Our industry specific FusionCMS content management system is built with organic search engine optimization (SEO) standards best practices in mind, placing our websites higher in search rankings. It is a simple to use platform that provides amazing results.
