About Highgate Senior Living
Unlike many other senior living communities, Highgate Senior Living provides a unique holistic approach to care. They create meals from scratch, have tons of activities, and provide a positive approach to care. We were excited to partner with them to better showcase their different communities throughout the West and encourage users to better understand who they are as a care facility.
Custom Website Design
Highgate wanted to use its website to help users get a feel for what it’s like to live in one of their communities. We used icons to highlight features, lifestyle photos, and client testimonials to give insight as to what it’s like to live in one of their communities. The website design does a good job appealing to both of their audiences, children looking for their senior parents, and planners who are looking for living themselves, by showing off these benefits while also making it easy to contact the team at Highgate.
Another way we wanted to appeal to users on the site and give them a taste of living at Highgate was through photos that shared more specifically what it’s like to live there. We included a schedule that shows off a “Day in the Life” that shows off all the fun activities you can participate in. These pages also include photos of resident layouts so they can better imagine themselves there. These are accompanied by information about activities and accommodations to give users the full story.
With a number of different communities, it was crucial users could easily navigate to the different communities. The site features a searchable community overview page that automatically pulls information updated from the detail page including location, living options, and photos, making it easy for users to have a customized experience that is specific to their community, and not just a general overview.
We love our site for Highgate and are excited to continue our partnership with them. We know the importance of showing off your business’ brand well online, and with Highgate, we definitely got that job done.
