For this project, we presented geographically relevant content and resident testimonials to help with SEO and attract prospective residents in the New Rochelle area. The new site is mobile-friendly and has a responsive design that adjusts to fit any screen. With efelle's FusionCMS, Gramatan can easily update content, highlight promotions, share property information and news via the Blog module. The site also provides prospective residents with the ability to download applications and contact management online with the Form Builder module.
