Developing a robust online presence is CamWest Bellevue’s first step property management site with clean, elegant design that will allow CamWest to display available properties, floorplans, and schedule open houses and walk throughs.
About CamWest Bellevue:
CamWest Bellevue’s founder Eric Campbell began managing properties 22 years ago. CamWest Bellevue has a variety of homes and housing communities, some of which are downtown Bellevue. CamWest Bellevue features beautiful, 4-6 bedroom homes. Their homes are built green with environmentally conscious materials and features. They offer home customizations, so that every customer can get their dream home. The homes are in walking distance of downtown Bellevue or the Lakemont area of Bellevue. Both of these offer a vast array of restauarants, coffee shops, and retail shops. The homes are also located in one of the best school districts in the country. CamWest Bellevue needed a website that was more up to date and better optimized for search needs, which indluded doing away with their flash home page.

For CamWest Bellevue we are creating a based on the needs of property managers and real estate agents. The design is clean, professional with an emphasis on integration with our PropertyFusion system, PropertyFusion product, which was designed specifically for property management. It gives the manager or realtor the ability to post listings, floor plans, pictures, and control their status (sold, auction, etc.). The property manager has the ability to update all of this information from their end without having to go through a web development team to make changes..
