They currently manage over 400 varied locations in the Puget Sound region including Everett, Bellevue, Renton, Lynnwood and Tacoma. Phillips Real Estate Website Design and Development Needs:
After going through an extensive company rebrand, Phillips needed an updated website to be consistent with their new identity. With a focus on modern design trends, efelle designed a longer scrolling homepage to lure users in through storytelling, while also breaking down the multiple services Phillips provide. We also used a strong hero image of the Seattle skyline to allow users to quickly identify the regions the company serves. The eService module was used to highlight and provide information on their rental, apartment and residential management offerings. The blog module was also included to prove their expertise in the industry by posting relative content and tips, while the testimonials module allows Phillips to showcase client endorsements. The site was built on the FusionCMS website content management system, which enables Phillips to update and all their content quickly and easily.
