About The Client

ARB has been an off-road authority since 1975. Founded by Anthony Ronald Brown, ARB revolutionized overlanding in Australia, crafting durable 4x4 equipment that stands the test of time. From humble beginnings in a Melbourne garage to nationwide acclaim, ARB's dedication to quality continues to fuel the spirit of adventure for off-roaders worldwide.

Website Design & Functionality Highlights

For the redesign of this eCommerce website, our design team focused on capturing the essence of the 4x4 community while reflecting ARB's commitment to quality and performance. We aimed to create an eCommerce experience that effortlessly guides customers through their purchasing journey, with a sophisticated "Year Make & Model" search bar to streamline product navigation. We created custom email templates for ARB USA to use with Klaviyo and will continue supporting their marketing efforts with additional assets. Our goal was to ensure that every aspect of the website's aesthetic resonated with ARB's brand identity and the culture of off-road enthusiasts, affirming their position as a global leader in the industry.

This website was developed on FusionCMS, a robust content management system, and BigCommerce, a powerful eCommerce platform. We utilized FusionCMS to provide ARB with unlimited control over their website's content, allowing them to update and manage it effortlessly. Additionally, we integrated BigCommerce to create a seamless online purchasing experience for ARB's customers, ensuring smooth transactions and reliable functionality. Klaviyo was also integrated for email marketing campaigns, empowering ARB to engage with their audience effectively through custom-built templates. Beyond website development, we continue to support ARB with ongoing marketing efforts, including social and search advertising (PPC) as well as SEO optimization. We thoroughly enjoyed working with ARB USA’s team, and we're excited to witness their continued growth in 2024 and beyond.
